Draining and flushing coolant
I'm draining and flushing the coolant on my 1993 camaro z28 and when I put the coolant in and started the car the temp needle went all the way up and the radiator started spilling the coolant I need help and don't know what to do I'm pretty green with all this. And my cars air conditioner doesn't work at the moment either that's how I bought it

Sounds like air in the system.
Sometimes what helps is to jack up the front end or drive up on car ramps. Add coolant/water, start car, when temp comes up thermostat will open and "burp" out air which is what you might have seen, add coolant/water until full (about 1" from filler neck in radiator).
Also, your thermostat may have stuck closed, if this continues.

I'm trying it again right now after letting the car sit over night and the temp gauge went all the way up again but not to red and the coolant started spilling out of the radiator. I got it jacked all the way up from the front
