Default Said Goodbye to the 4th Gen

I don't post much to the forum but I have used it as a valuable resource for the 14 years I owned my 98 Camaro Z28. I recently bought a new toy so I decided to sell the Camaro and I said goodbye as the new owner drove it away over the weekend. I think I will get over it tho .

No, you won't miss it with that cool replacement.
The only thing you will notice is the lack of space if you are used to carrying stuff in the back seat. It actually was a main reason we sold our 2009 C6 'vert last year.
Enjoy your new ride!

Very nice.
I plan to one day move on from my 99 WS6 and get an LS3 C6.

Excellent! The coupe version of the C6 has the ability to take a bunch of stuff in the trunk. Not as much as a rear seat down in an F-body but a fair amount.

What's the details on the Z? Year, trim, miles, mods....ets

The ZR1 is a 2009 3ZR with 18000 miles. Mostly stock besides a mild to wild switch for the stock mufflers. I never drive it mild hehe. The first mod I did was replace that tired factory radio. Interior is black with sienna (Orangeish) accents.

Luckily I was in a position to get A c6z and keep my ls7 2000 camaro......super glad I didnt toss it. If you can only have 1 then I would take the vette, but if there's any way you can make it work, keep both...trust me....first 2 weeks I was like man the camaro actually is kinda a pain in the *** to drive. After driving the vette a few times then trying to drive a modded 4th gen, you will consider selling the 4th gen to invest more into the c6. Then about a month later you will randomly really like the 4th gen again and understand you need both.

One 4th Gen with an LSX427 and all the creature comforts, a dedicated 4th Gen that has no creature comforts and then there's the stock performer that rides better than both of them and the real beauty they're all paid for.

I'm in a very similar situation.

Are you running GS wheels?

That must be really cool to own both. Even though I have a stunning 2011 GS M6, I miss my 2000 Camaro SS with the Yank SS3600.
