Default RS/SS Frame off started

new guy from so cal. I am starting a frame off resto of my 68 rs/ss. the frame will get powder coated and new performance suspension added. Any other ideas?

yeah, sell it to me cheap when done! My dad and I semi-restored a 68 RS, then sold it. I wish I had that car back, course I was 12 at the time.

I'd make sure to photo-document the build-up, for not only yourself but to show off. Build-up pictures are something I wish I had more of.

I have a 1968 SS--but the motor and tranny are not numbers matching. I specifically bought numbers not matching so i could heavily mod the car for pro touring without worrying about loosing all fo my investment if for some reason i end up having to sell it.

Detroit Speed just shipped my A-arms, 4 wheel discs, and new steering box, along with a new PS pump and a few other goodies.

My plan is to have a work in progress so i can drive along the way...i'll change the rear gear out to something more drivable. Paint job at the end...probably look like a rat rod musclecar until then...

What are your goals with the car?
