is there a way to make my g/fs 97 z28 look like a 2002 ss?

That would be a lot of front end body parts to swap out.

Why not just make it look like a 97 SS?

I dont think it would be too out of reach to update the front clip and the hood. Be prepared to spend some cash. I've heard of people updating the front clip before, I'm sure a hood wouldnt be too hard to make happen. I'm not sure how much you'd be spending though.

You'd need a hood , headlights ,bumper cover , grill among some of the things.Junkyard would be my first area of research.

Don't find any front end parts here in my part of Texas.. All the Camaro's run faster than they stop

Thats what I would do. Just change the hood and spoiler.

The front end could be swapped with a 98 up but then you have to go to the trouble finding one and shelling out the outrageous cash for it. I agree with The Old Man in that you will rarely find a Camaro or Trans Am not hit in the front. This is why when you can find them they are so high. If it was mine I would put a 97 SS hood on it, good luck on which ever you choose.
