The build sheet on my WS6 I think was in the glove box. If it wasn't there, then it was in a plastic envelope with a bunch of other paperwork given to me by the dealer. (Bought the WS6 brand new). Haven't seen a build sheet yet on the Firehawk (bought that barely used).

I haven't heard of a way to get build sheets yet, but here is a place that does Chevy window sticker reproductions... if you don't have your window sticker either, this would be better than missing both of them http://www.window-sticker.com/chevrolet.htm

Any GM dealer can get the info you want. Give them the VIN and they can retrieve the following:
Vehicle Build.
Vehicle Component.
Vehicle Summary.
Original Dealer Info.
The above is considered complete documentation. I have all of it for my late model cars. Wish it was that easy for the 68 Z28.
