You'd be hard pressed to find one with that low mileage for those prices. I'd say add another $1000 to that price.

You'll be better off with a 95-97. Skip the 93/94 simply for the unreliability of the non-vented opti. If you don't care, then get the 93 as it's speed density and will run a lot harder than a mass air car.
