Default How (un)common is white leather?

I've only ever seen white leather on T/A's in the 99 30th anniversary edition...

But I did see this 99 Camaro SS with white leather.

I love the white on white (both the cars I own now are white), but this Camaro has 83k miles (they list the mileage on some other classified site).

I was hoping for less mileage, but, I really do love the white on white, and it is an SS (well, I'll be double checking that tomorrow to see if it's a real one with WU8). Also, the asking price is rather high... and I' give them maybe $8500

So how rare is the white leather on Camaros? Or is this something that somebody added later?

It's rare on LS1's (I think just an option on special ed. vehicles) and was standard on the 1997 30th anniv. Camaro's that were white w/orange stripes.

From my experience it really isn't all that rare. I've seen quite a few NBM cars with it, and a lot of the 99 Hugger Oranges had it.

I have white leather in "Katie"...along with her purple exterior make her really RARE. I owned a '96 Tangerine Orange Mustang GT Convertible 5-speed in 2000....After 6 months of contact with FORD I found out that my '96 was 1 of 28 produced that year. I sold her for a 2000 Triple White Mustang GT Convertible 5-speed. ANY WHITE leather on Camaros or Trans AM's are probably like the Mustangs.....IT is a CONVERTIBLE option ONLY. Dont know if its a CONVERTIBLE option or not on F-bodies...but like I said it is with mustangs. Like me if you have a chance to buy an F-body or Mustang with the WHITE leather and can put up with keeping it spotless and covered its well worth it if you ever decide to resell the vehicle. Just my 2 cents. I think the white leather is awesome looking in Katie.
