Default Removal of Header bolts (68 camaro)

Whats the best way to get these bolts out, probably been in there since the car was made. Spray it with PB and let it set over night and attack it with a hand wrench or impact which ever it comes out first with?

Default

soak them with PB, then I freeze them with CO2 (paintball refill-er) .. they come out pretty easily. tap them on the head with a hammer first to try and free the threads.
