Default worth?? 67 RS/SS w/ L88 all new

a freind has a 67 RS/SS camaro fully restored with all new GM parts, (everything) baught new before GM quit making them back in the day. The car is all painted and apart, a real 427 L-88 crate engine still in the crate is going in, brand new 12 bolt, factory traction bar, Every part imaginable is baught from GM and in the box. every correct everything.
How much you think this car is worth completed?
and how much is a project like this worth pretty much done and ready for assembly?
thanks.

What engine was in the car originally? Where is that engine?

With the original engine, $19-35K. With that L88 engine, not sure.
