the time i went to the quarter was horrible weather, but it ran 8.3 @ 88 in the 1/8 with just a lid. which is good for a 12.9-13.0

Also consider the axle ratio for A4's....could be either 2.73 or 3.23 I believe

My A4 98 TA with 3.23's ran 13.25 @ 105 mph bone stock down to the tires and air filter. It was backed up with several more 13.2's that day.

if you think its slow for whatever reason.. just do shift kit (computer tune shifts are lame)...higher stall...aluminum DS...3.73s will make any a4 a beast

Yes, they are underrated. Factory rates them at 305hp, but it's really more like 345hp (same as the Vette, there is no real difference other than the exhaust system).

I beat a 2002 ram air TA in my 1998 z28. With lid, trueduals, headers, ported tb. I beat him by 3 cars. But every driver is different. He had headers y pipe and a lid. But you gotta think he has an ls6 intake stock with better flowing heads. Just get you a stall and drag radials and you WONT be dissapointed it took almost a half second of my time.
