Default idiot lights?

this kind of has me scared since this car is my only car and my daily driver, but heres what happened i was making a left turn and i had it in 1 because i just love the sound of it but right at around 3k-3.5k i i just let of the gas and pushed it into D and it popped a little, which i was expecting and is normal. but then every idiot light on the left side of the cluster came on. and about a half a mile down the road the trip reset itself. whats going on and do i need to be concerned, its never done this before, and it cranked up fine after i stopped about a mile down the road to eat.

Try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes (10 or 15) just the negative cable. reconnect it this should reset everything. when you first start it it won't run right so turn it off wait a minute and start it again. I do this occasionally due to a rear O2 sensor going bad and it works for a while. anyway Good luck!
