Default Which Camaro?

Im in a decision dilemma right now guys and I need your help.

I can get a 1996 Camaro Z28 A4 LT1 with about 100,000kms (60,000 miles) for about $9000 Can ($7500 USA)

OR

Go for a 3 hour drive one way and get a 1995 Camaro Z28 M6 LT1 with about 110,000kms (65-66,000 miles) for $5000 Canadian ($4300 USA)

So what should I go with an older Camaro with more mileage thats a standard transmission (I want a standard) that I have to take a short trip to go get, or get a lower mileage Camaro with more power then the previous year and an automatic transmission that I dont really want and pay more for it, so the 1995M6 or the 1996 A4?

first of all, and most importantly, i'll definately tell you to get the stick like you want. one year older and a few more miles isnt that bad. plus, you'll save a few bucks and you can put towards something else (maybe mods).

the second most important thing is the condition of both cars compared to one another. you may want the stick worse but the car may be ragged out compared to the auto car. you dont want to just settle on something. these arent the last two cars you'll come by so think about it and get what you'll be most happy with in the end.

I'll tell you from experience get what YOU want. If you want a manual car then get it. The 6speed seems like a great deal anyway, and the extra mileage isn't enough to matter, they are both under 100k and that is good. I have learned that even if you have to spend more $$$, it is best to get what you want, or you will regret it. And it works out for you cuz your preference is cheaper

I'd say get the 95 M6
the power you'ld gain from the 96 you lose in drivetrain loss for being an auto

also it's only a 3hr drive to save 4k can. and get the car you want

M6 would probably have a bit better resale value
