You could not get all colors in SS trim. I don't know why this is, but I remember it giving restrictions on the order form. Maybe it was too difficult for SLP to match the paint for the hoods and spoilers, or maybe they just didn't want to deal with all the color changes. There were 10 colors officially offered on the '99 Camaro. Of those I believe that only 7 were available on the SS (no M. Teal, B. Blue, or B. Green). I will try to dig out my sales brochure and other material to check if it confirms that, but that's what my memory is telling me.
Of course I was only interested in ordering a HOSS, but I really do like that Bright Blue Metallic too.

The 35th Limited Edition only came in Bright Rally Red. I guarantee those are not the OEM badges. No one would ever repaint a 35th LE any other color BUT Bright Rally Red.

Bringing up an old topic...
I'm kind of a nerd with regard to the colors Camaros came in, and based on my records, and my love for Bright Blue Metallic, no SS was ever made in this color.
Corvettes came in this color from '99 to early '01, and it was called Nassau Blue Metallic as far as I know.
I can't speak for the Berger car in question (because I don't know Berger's data)... but I know that none of the ZL1 Camaros came in BBM. They came in a very, very similar color called '69 Lemans Blue Metallic, and a few of the Berger cars came in it as well. Here's some sample pics, it's a little lighter than BBM, though you can't really tell in pics:

I used to have one of those and would LOVE to have another. I had to get rid of it unfortunately. I have done everything I could to get one but have never been able to buy one, I have only ever seen one for sale since I sold mine. I miss it because everyone would alway say WOW great color who painted it? I would always say the General it is stock!!
