Default Car Running horrible. 95 Z28

I have a 95 Z28 and it has just started in the last couple weeks to have no power and it feels like it is missing really bad. The car does have to original optispark in it with 126K on the ticker. I am wondering if that could be the problem. It might be going out and causing the car to have a rough idle and no power with quite often annoying backfiring. Please help me. If you have any ideas anything would help.

it will run and idle, but it is extremely rough and when I do give it gas it will backfire like a cannon. The entire time it misfires bad. It has no power at all. Did you change both 02 sensors and it fixed it? Both of mine are only about 2 years old.

You disconnected the O2 sensor? I might have to try that and see if it helps. Thanks for your help.. Anyone else have any ideas?

How would I do that? Do I need to replace all the O-rings if I remove the injectors? You did say that you disconnected the O2 sensors right? If not what did you disconnect?
