Default 1967 Camaro It will make you cry (in disgust).

Figured I Should show this. You can tell how long it has been sitting in this barn by the way of the Mountain Dew can on the hood. Over 21 years ago it was parked running and hasn't moved since.

Looks like the perfect project car. Let me guess, the owner doesn't want to sell it because he's going to restore it someday.

No owner has abandoned it. Under Law it would have to be sold in a public auction.

I wonder how much it will go for. I bet for more than it cost new.

Wrong its a 68. Father told me since he was the one who talked with the owner about it. I'll have to see if the RPO code is on the firewall. I know it is at least a SBC with a 2 bbl carb and auto transmission.

hahahaha it sure looks like a 67 to me. So you are saying that someone went and turned it into a 68 a long time ago, because she sure looks like she's been sitting a while. It may have a 68 grille, but it has 67 fenders and doors. Not sure why someone would do that.

I've seen that done before but that looks like it's been sitting for ever so I doubt that was done to it. I say it's a 67.

I agree. It's a 67 as far as I can tell, but it does appear to have a 68 grille.

When he first put it in storage. Also has those shitty fender flares over the rear wheel wells. It might be a 67. I'll go take more pictures tomorrow.

It is a 1967 because It does not have side marker lights, all american cars were required to have them in 1968.

The car itself deffinately is a 1967. I has vent windows on the doors and is missing the side markers on the front fender. However, the grill has rectangular turn signals inset in it which are a feature of the 1968 Camaro (the '67s were round)...so it appears to have been fitted with a 1968 grill at some point.

The other obvious difference between a '67 & a '68 on the exterior is the door mirror...which isn't visible here. The '67 would have a round mirror while the '68 has a rectangular one.
