I will assume you are using a 411 PCM if not let me know. Essentially take three of the wires for the drive by wire and use them for the TPS (Pins C1 8, C1 60, and C2 24) A, B, and C, respectively. C1 is the Blue connector. Then four other wires for the IAC (Pins C2 77, C2 76, C2 78, C2 79) A, B, C, and D, respectively.
Keep in mind there are other changes you have to make to the O2 circuits ect. since you are going from a green/blue pcm to a red/blue. Hope this helps.

lt1swap.com gave me the info for the IAC and TPS connections along with the pcm grounds that change between the blue/red connectors and blue/ green connectors. the O2 sensors are diff also. for ease i will use DBC ecm and connection. i need those pins, crimping tool. or maybe i can use some of the wires i removed from the stock harness. thats an idea.

Crimping tool is $70, terminals are .50 each.
Remember you have to use gray/white connector O2s if you are going with the Green/blue pcm.

LT1swap.com will almost walk you through the process of modifying your own harness. There is alot to read on that site, just take your time reading it and you should be able to do it yourself.
As for a wiring block, this is from LT1swap, http://www.lt1swap.com/fuseblock_obd2port.html

The blocks and crimpers can be purchased through Mouser as well as Waytek as dpd stated above. We just acquired a 68 C10 that we are going to put a DBW 5.3 in. I will update as progress permits.

The one I use is a 12125080. I dont see it on the waytek site but I would call and ask. Mouser has it for $77.00. This is for PCM terminals only.

DBW to DBC
the wire harness from DBW to DBC is coming alone just fine. the final peices of the puzzle came today. what do i do with these two holes? the intake is a DBW but this extra port from the DBC throttle body has me baffled. look at pics. i know for for sure that one port leads to the valve cover.

Plug one, then hook up the line to the other one. Does not really matter.
These both allow air to be drawn from in front of the throttle blade, into the right valve cover, down into the motor, up into left valve cover, through PCV valve, and into the intake manifold plenum.
Some of the DBW throttle bodies did not have that tube, so they made the passage in the intake. Some intakes that area is solid, some have the nipple.
