You need 58 PSI and no fluctuations while running. My guess is you have a fuel delivery problem.

Just my opinion...

I was giving +/- a few just because the guage is old. Dont tell my mechanic I said that. I pinched off the return and the pressure guage went full, all the way pegged which is what it should do, also it should run well at idle even if it only had 50psi I would think, wouldnt it?

Not if you talk to Jesse, he is the greatest tuner on the planet, used to work for GM, doesn't make mistakes, and he'll be sure and tell you that several times on he phone.

Datalog WILL show tons of info as to what's going on with the PCM file/engine (if that's the issue).

Working for GM does NOT make you the best programmer on the planet. Everyone makes mistakes, except Jesus.

5 of 8 were nasty dirty, the trash came from the fuel rail that looked like it was stored under water on the inside. Jesse's tune wasnt it at all so I have no issues there.

btw what are yall using for lower rad hoses?

Thanks

I have a different fuel rail now, used the summit connectors that connect the slide on stock quick connect to the -6 I have for fuel hose. Now I am just cleaning stuff up wires and such. should have on the road and DD mode in a week or so.

I appreciate yall helping out, giving suggestions to guide me in a direction to resolve, that is what I like about this sight.

You mention grounds to frame, are there grounds from back of block to the body? Although my rig is much older and had several body bolts going through body to frame I had a slight higher rpm miss and had several ground straps everywhere, can not stress enough about grounds especially when dealing with modern day electronics. I also had jesse do my ecm for me and for the most part was OK, he left all torque management on which when punched would fall on its face.

Did you ask him to turn it off? I don't see why you'd even have to ask for that. IMO it should be a given.

I have the body to frame( 2X), frame to engine(2x) and engine to body (1x), I would hope that is enough grounds, I also grounded the bed to frame in back ( this helped on my LED light alot!).

I too would think it would be a given, now ya got me curious. I am gonna check that tonight.
