Many new parts arrived. Yesterday the Kwik brackets arrived.
So as I was installing the brackets they interfered with the Kenne bell bracket so I had to machine half of each down.
Then Today the 8 ribbed Sanden 508 A/C compressor arrived. Installed the Kwik A/C brackets and mounted it up.
Also had to run and get a tensioner and a puller from a 2002 z28.
Lastly made a idler pulley mount to attach to the S/C bracket.
Here is where I am at this time all pulleys mounted and a mock up of how the belt will be run. The roll of tape simulates the S/C pulley.

Supercharger is all taped off and off to the powder coater.
Just got all the pulleys all aligned upgraded to 8 rib and the locking Katech adjuster mounted. Does anyone see and problems with this before I order the belt? Also who makes a good high output Alt for LS engines?

Looks great! very nice work. The only thing I would question is having enough wrap on the PS pump. You may want to stick an idler up between the water pump and PS pump to get more wrap around both the crank pulley and PS pump.

If you look in post #8 it looks like the crank pulley has excellent wrap on it with his layout, the one thing stuck out to me was the long area between the tensionor and crank pulley without an idler or tensionor. What accessories are you running? If corvette ECS makes a really nice super strong tensionor that mounts right next to the crank pulley on the pass side.

Youre right! My bad, I was thinking the left side of the belt was going to wrap the water pump. You could do that then add the idler to the right and that would get rid of the long run, but I don't think the long run will cause you any problems. I'd leave istas is.

idk what you're looking for as far as 'hi amp' alts go, but i got a massive one from excessive amperage, powdercoated black already. I run a decent sized system in my car and this is the backbone; might be overkill, but i figured Id throw it out there.
