Yes, I would have to relocate the coils if i run these.

It looks like I could snake a 4" downpipe out either side, or a 3.5" VERY easily. Under the headers. Driver's side is more appealing, but I would be close to the rag joint in the steering shaft.

1/4 inch of clearance is OK if you run urethane engine mounts. Paint I don't know about.
At the very least it looks like you will need to cut the collectors off and turn them in and down some.
Either way, better get the tune right first time out cause you won't want to be changing plugs if you can help it.
guess you will be running the alternator in the truck location?
One last question, would those headers work on a Z if they were turned down? Always good to know if there is another valid option out there.

Yeah, the construction is pretty good, but the flanges and collector flanges have a TON of steel in them, so I'm sure they'll rust. The primaries are 304 SS though.
