Default L96 flexfuel injectors--do I need to swap out?

Talking w/Mast today about a cam for my 2010 L96 6.0L truck motor, and they said my motor is the same as the LY6 except for the injectors--the flexfuel requires a different injector. Given it can run on gas as well as E85, do I need to swap these out? I don't care anything about preserving the "flexfuel" option, but I don't want to spend money if not needed, nor not spend it if I do!

My L59 is flex fuel, injectors work fine. In fact E85 requires more fuel, so the capacity of those injectors should be greater. Just make sure you're tuner knows you'll only be using gasoline. The later E85 engines without a fuel composition sensor use an odd combination of parameters through the BCM to determine fuel composition.
