I'm real excited to dive into the EPAS world, and I have the same mindset of GatToGo- get everything installed with the proper calibration and communications and see how the stock algorithms perform for varying assist at different speeds/driving events--easy for me to say since others have done a lot of the hard work already. I'm also pretty excited to get rid of the pump noise, and have the motor blip even faster now without the pump involved.
Also, I think it's just the angle I took the pic at in the backseat, I would be surprised if the EPS unit was any/much bigger than the prius one.
