Default Header build for LSX in Chassis car

Nobody makes headers for my application, so we decided to make them ourselves. They are 304 stainless with .500 flanges and 2 inch primaries. They are just tacked in place and we are going to fully weld them this weekend. Than comes time to design collectors. Enjoy. Eric L

1/2" flanges !!! those look milled, not water/laser cut ? . Nice work. Look at all that room for equal length.

Looks good, building headers isnt as nad as everyone thinks. I used a prebent kit and modified from there, but only because it was cheaper. Wish i went with stainless, i figured i would ceramic coat mine. Qny plans for coating?

Can I be next in line? Lol damn I wish I had a friend to help fabricate custom headers. I have brp mid lengths in my drag only s-10 lq9/L92s. 1 3/4 primaries and would love 2" fenderwell headers but nobody makes them that I know of... but good job man excellent work!

buy a welder and have at it! Get them fitted, then just tack weld everything together, then bring it to a shop to finalize the welds. Thats what i would have done if i didn't have a tig.
