Default 98 donor car for 95 swap info

I've become bored with my poop running bolt on only LT1 A4 95 camaro. My shell is clean as hell 70k miles so I'm ready for a build. Just before I dropped the hammer on heads and cam LT1 stuff I found a killer deal for a high mile running and driving 98 Z28 LS1 M6 car. LS car has about 180k on it, with a few add ons wheels intake exhaust. shell is pretty clean but not like mine. I might be getting this car for less than 3500 so I'm thinking take everything LS1 out of it, rebuild and swap it in my car, sell remaining shell and parts. Now I'm thinking if I have the entire car might as well swap the 98 dash along with the k member engine trans harness pcm and accessories. Will I have to do any major wiring this way or will I really be able to rip everything out of the 98 and swap into the 95? And after its done it will be a roller with no k member and no dash, better to try to just sell the whole thing, part out, or swap lt1 into the 98 and sell everything as one (kinda wanna save the lt1 for another car one day). I can only really invest in this if I can make a decent amount back. Lets hear some opinions and info on the swap.

Heres the 95 by the way, hood needs paint:

I like the 95.. I'd swap everything over... wiring and all then it'll be as easy as can be then sell the 98 as a roller

^hey thanks. I've researched a pretty good amount as far as the whole drivetrain swap goes but I'm really looking for specific swaps using the 98 dash and all. All of the threads I'm finding mostly talk about the wiring since thats probably the hardest part of it. I've read up on LT to LS wiring but I trying to see how much wiring I'll be doing if I swap the whole dash over.

as far as a build goes I'm just probably going to rebuild the LS with new gaskets and rod bolts have everything checked just to get the car running on ls first. then build a 6.0 or something on the side as time goes on.

Thanks. Its a tough decision to be gone with the LT1 always had a lot of faith to go cam only and stall with 24x conversion but... this will end up costing less haha.
