Toddoky did help with compressor pulley measurements. Few pages back. I haven't seen other options to run a sd7 compressor. I think the fitment issue is with the 99-02 fbody accessories. 10-15 Camaro, truck, and Corvette accessories no issues. I know the they are are different depth but is there a difference 99-02 vs 10-15?

I'm running '02 f-body accessories......hope to see this problem solved before I install the brackets and compressor.
I'd expect a bit more help from Holley, but maybe that's asking too much.....

I'm off of work for a couple of days, but I'll give it a mention when I get in the office on Wednesday. I can't make any promises as to what will come out of it as the accessory drive brackets are not in my design responsibility wheelhouse.

I changed the washer in mine from one that was 0.056" think to one that was 0.048" thick and got the belt a little closer to center in the pulley. The washer is actually still a little too thick, or too much correction. I am currently riding a the belt a little too close to the motor. Without the washer it is riding out the front of the pulley though.
I found that going to the hardware store with a pair of dial calipers that the stainless washers were the thinnest I could get locally.
I would like to try something that is really close to 0.030". Sheetmetal maybe?

I am using a Sanden 508 in conjunction with a 5.3 from an '04 Avalanche with all stock accessories. I am also having issues with the belt running too far forward on the smooth tensioner pulley. At this point I cannot remember which tensioner I used, but I remember I purchased a new one as recommended by Holley.
I also had trouble finding a belt to fit. I had two sizes from AutoZone, one was too long and one was a bit too short and there was nothing in-between. I imagine that the belt has now stretched some, making the problem worse. Is anyone else using the Holley bracket with all truck accessories? If so what belt did you run and did you also have problems with the belt running too far forward (toward the radiator) on the tensioner? From what I can tell my belt hasn't jumped a groove, however it is squeaking pretty bad at idle. It will stop if i put the smaller amount of water on the belt, so I know it's not a bearing. Also, it will chirp when revving around 5K or so.
