What rear axel are you using? where did you find it and how much?

the 8.8 that was in the car is long gone. i purchased another 8.8 housing and sent that to a guy i kno to have bigger axles. gears, posi etc installed. hopefully should be getting the rear end back this week, havent posted up very many pictures recently but ive been busy at work on the rear chassis slow but sure. hopefully in the next few weeks i will get the rear chassis buttoned up structuraly and ill post up the pictures from start to finish of what ive been up too

I'm in Chicago heights by prairie state, but my three boys live with their mom in Mokena so I'm cruising around the area alot. 95/99 Mustang Lm7 swapped

Sounds like a plan, I'm waiting to see what kinda numbers you'll put down with that turbo, I'm considering trying one of those on my motor hoping to put out in the area of 500-550rwhp

ya im fairly confident it will make that much power on a resonable amount of boost. and if I dont care about blowing the motor up throw some e85 and more boost at it. but once its running im going to keep it on a very safe tune and low boost just to enjoy driving the car again. it will be over 2 years that its been off the road by the time its running again

but I do plan on seeing what this turbo can do once the car is running and chassis is set up

hey a litle off topic but would you be able to get me a honda civic 1.6 from like a 1992-99 civic? i dont need all the accessories, basically just the block or the longblock. i need one asap my daily driver got a rod knock today

Alright guys! havent updated in awhile its been so cold here my little kerosene heater cant keep up so havent been motivated to get out and work on it. But I did work on a few things. here ya go








Picked up a 5.3 for my buddys datsun project

battery box

making a cage to protect the fuel cell from the outside road debris etc


threw the bumper on to make sure you couldnt see the fuel cell hanging underneath

Just made the crossbraces to mount the trans cooler to this morning


thats all for now. Hopefully it gets warm soon and I can start knocking stuff out on this thing.
