Default Fox k member with 4.6 mounts?

Does anyone know how if at all good does a Lsx fit with 4.6 mounts in a foxbody k member? Everywhere I read it says you use a 4.6 k member too. Reason I'm not using a factory or swap k member is I had bought this k member it's a upr chromoly for sbf but I've decided I want to go turbo 5.3 in my car now. And I know about the $500 brp kit.

Not sure if this helps, but I have a 96 Stang that has the K-mem that supposed to be the same for either the v6 or 8. My car was originally a 3.8. I bought a set of 4.6 mounts and a set of UPR (I believe) plates and she bolted right-up to the k-member. I also used a cts-v pan and it fits perfect. If I had to do it over, I probably would just use the typical sbc/bbc mounts and weld a piece of tube to each engine stand on the k-member and that way the engine would sit even lower and it would be easier to just stick a long bolt through the mount rather than get under the car to take the 4.6-style mounts/nuts off.

I tried exactly what you are asking about, it does not fit at all. The 4.6 mounts are too short to hit the 5.0 k member mounting pads.

Not sure this helps or not but for my fox I bought a mod motor (4.6) k member from UPR with the solid 4.6 motor mounts and lsx adapter plates and it sits great in my bay, nice and low and really far back. It was a kit meant for lsx swaps. So if you already have that k-member then it should be fine.

I tried fitting the 4.6 motor mounts on the ls motor into a fox with the sbf 5.0 upr k member. Didnt exactly work so i made a plate to bolt to the block and then clam shell 74 malibu motor mounts and just built the lowers. It worked out pretty descent.
