Default Mating a TH425 Transaxle to the LS. Anyone done it or have a kit?

Hey guys,

Has anyone completed a swap and successfully mated the TH425 to a LS 6.0 or 5.3?

There are plenty of Cadillac, Riviera, and Toronado customs out there but I have yet to see a successful LS swap.

I have a 73 GMC that uses the 455/TH425 front wheel drive setup and I want to make this my next LS project. I've restored the rig inside and out and although it has low miles (80K) I'd still like to get rid of the fuel thirsty boat anchor 455.

Thanks in advance for replies.

I was looking into it a while ago for a mid engine application.
Do a search here, there are a couple good threads on it. It's hardly a bolt on. I decided it wasn't worth the effort.

Yes, I read the threads a while back and was disheartened also. Considering how fast everything is progressing out there I was wondering if anybody has been successful at it yet.
