Default Offset with AJE in a Fox?

Is it normal for the eng/trans to be so far offset to the drivers side? The trans hits the tunnel.

Engine in with empty case PG.

Under core support looking towards back of car.

ive put a few of these together and the trans mount is off to the driver side by about an inch with a th350 which is the same as the powerglide. but the tail shaft was always straight. are your motor mounts even, cause they are adjustable?

These are my AJE mounts. Where I am pointing is adjustable. Try loosening the main motor mount bolts and wiggle the **** out of it

In this pic it looks like you tried to center the motor in the engine bay, its hard to tell with the cover on the motor though. The motor is offset to the passenger side on Foxbodies for some reason. It looks like you need to shift the whole motor and trans to the pass side

In this pic, I know its not straight on, but you can still tell that my motor is off to the pass side. Look at the vent tube on my carb and the purge 90 deg fitting on the firewall (thats center of the car)

Look at the trans mount bolts, thats what I had to do. It was the same with my friends LQ4/TH350 coupe. We both had toshim the tailshaft up about 2 or 3 washers, i dont remember

What's up Craig? We had the same problem when we put mine in as well. I believe we used a pry bar as well but lossened the bolts on the kmember as it was off just a tad and it was making it look a lot worse than it actually was.

And I gotta ask.... Why are you ditching the man pedal?!?! Going auto turbo now?

Also, what coil relocation kit is that? What all is included in the kit? Going to have to relocate my coils with that Mcleod master cylinder now.

Its custom. 5/16 allthread, a bunch of nuts and some scrap pieces of Aluminum bent in the vise. You can swing down to the shop and check it out if ya want.

I did some work and got the eng/trans moved over a bit. Looks like I will be good to go.
Thanks for the advice all!
