LS1 into S2000 Wiring Harness I'm building
Hey guys, just wanted to show some of my current work. I'm helping a friend with wiring an LS1 into his S2000.
Motor is a 2001 WS6 LS1 with a T56 and the car is a 2002 Honda S2000.
I am building a fully integrated engine harness for this car. The harness will feature all new connectors, pins, wire and Raychem DR-25 sheathing with a mil-spec connector at the firewall.
I will start simple with the coil relocation harness.
Here we have the stock coil harness compared to a hacked up one so I could get it designed properly:
And here we have the finished product with all new connectors, pins, wire and Raychem DR-25:
Updates to come!

Looking good. Where did you source the Raychem DR-25 ? What did you use for the ends? Looks like it has adhesive.

Looks good. I've done my own tucked hardness on my turbo civic before. It took a ton of time. I actually still have a lot of DR-25 heat shrink from it too. Any more pictures of the completed harness?
