Default LS1/ 4l60e IS300 questions

hey everyone i havent posted in the section for a while. i was building a ls1/t56 fc rx7 but found too many issues with the chassis and the rx7 community. anyways sold the t56 and a couple other things and ended buying another is300. i still have the ls1 from the build and have been looking into swapping the lexus. through multiple searches i have not found much info on swapping a is300 with an auto. all the ones i find are 6speed. i found like 2 build threads but the pics and info sucked.

questions are:

1: does anything have to be done to the tunnel to fit the auto?

2: what do i need to keep from the stock motor/trans for the swap if anything?

3: what stock exhaust manifolds fit?

4: can i use the stock shifter or need something custom?

heres what i got:

Swapper were you able to fit a 4L60E in your Lexus? I'm about to nose dive into this swap myself and I'm wanting to do an automatic as well
