Default ecm and throttle pedal

I have just built an LQ4 (24x reluctor) with LS3 heads, intake and throttle body(gold blade, 58x). What ecm and pedal is compatible and who has a harness that will make it run? Thanks, Don

There is no direct compatibility with the gold blade TB and and 24x ECU.
The only 24x DBW parts that are directly compatible with a 90mm TB is Corvette stuff with the silver blade TB. The Corvette TAC modules run 300+ used, and the pedals are getting more rare even used. You'll need to either switch to the older truck 78mm TB and use truck TAC and pedal, or change the engine to a 58x reluctor and run a newer ECM.

Default ecm and throttle

Thanks for the info. Not what I wanted to hear but clears the air. What year model vette is compatible? I miss Mark Campbell at Street and Performance when I have these kind of questions.

You can also use a Holley Dominator since it can be configured to work with any reluctor and TB combination.

My 2006 gto ls2 is 24x with a e40 ecm and silver blade tb. It doesn't use a tac module either

I did forget about the e40 as an option. Still requires a silver blade TB, but works with the very common 6 pin pedals out there.

If cruise control and the ability to control the AC compressor are not needed, the E40 is a great option since it does not require a relucor change.

I looked at the Holley Dominator for my setup. The price tag puckered me up.

Not sure about cruise control but the e40 can control the fans for ac use. Not sure what you mean by control the ac compressor. Dakota Digital has a new plug and play cruise for 2005 and up stuff with dbw.

I have a e40 ECM in my 66 GTO, Speartech did the harness and programmed in a SSR tune for my cruise control, works great, I have a silver blade dbw throttle body and a trailblazer accelerator pedal.

Probably your best bet is to locate a silver blade throttle body, came on some vettes and gto's, they come up on the classifieds kinda often in the $200-250 range.

Default ecm and peddle

Thanks for the info. Robert at fuel injection connection thinks he can wire the 411 ecm, gold blade throttle body, and truck peddle. He does a really nice harness that I have used on some of my projects in the past. I guess we will see if he will see if he can make it work. Don

Any reason you don't want to go with an aftermarket 4 bolt cable TB, 411 ecu, and standard harness?

Personally, I would not mess around with LS engine swaps without HP Tuners. There are a number of parameters including VATS configuration that can be changed. The newest version includes the segment swapper that allows you to change from DBW to DBC, auto to manual trans etc.
The tuner package comes with 8 credits which is enough to license 4 vehicles with the 411 style PCMs. Its a great tool and really a bargain at the price.
