Default fuel issues 79 monte carlo 5.3 200r4

I just got a lot of things sorted out with my car. I drove it around and when I park it fuel spills out the canister in the front. I got my feed and return lines ran. Also have my vent lines ran back into the canister. That was yesterday and when I got to the car today I look down its still leaking. I even tried to block off the line.

Op means the charcoal canister that collects gas vapors from the fuel tank vent line.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. It sucked about 5 gallons on gas out.

How do yo have it hooked up? Smog purge still on the motor and programmed in? You can't suck vacuum at all times.

One time I didn't have the vent hooked up and gas spilled out at the gas tank I loosened up the fuel cap and it stopped running out. Could that be what it is?

The tank needs to be vented. You can run a vented cap to accomplish this, or install a vent on the tank.

Finally figured it out. But I burnt out my fuel pump. So I went to the yard and got a junk pump out of a unknown car and it worked.
