What spark plug should used - LSX 5.3

What spark plug should used - LSX 5.3 Hi,
I need to know if I need to change the spark plug on my LSX nova. I put a 5.3 engine in my 74 nova. I put the original 2008 truck spark plug....the plug reading after dyno tuned is little bit black and I blow some spark plug sometime. Maybe too much heat or not enough !!!
I have a street porting, and TSP Torker V2 camshaft.
The original spark plug is NKG TR5GP. Is that better to keep it or put another spark plug heat range..
Need your input plz...
