Speartech LT4/8L90 in 69 C10 Truck Underway!

Our latest R&D project is the new LT4/8L90 combo into this sweet 69 Chevy C10 truck.

It runs nice with this 350/700R4 setup, but it really needs 650 HP!

So it's out with the old and in with the new:

We used BRP mounts for the swap and everything lined up nicely!

You definitely need a high hump for the 8L90!

What are the plans for steering? It would be cool to see an electric set up.

Hey Guys,
Anymore progress on this swap? I just got my LT4/8L90 harness in the mail this week. Still determining if I need to pick up an old C10 for a swap since it looks like its the easiest way to go. Of course "easy" being relative.
