Default LS1 in a Jag

hey, i have a friend of a friend that wants to put a LS1 in a 76 Jaguar coupe, he needs diagrams of the wiring harness and such, physical dimension of the motor probably, would the helms manual have all this? what did you hybrid guys do? thanks guys!

He needs to get the GM service manuals for his particular motor year for the wiring details. As for dimensions, the LS1 is about 1" wider and taller than an LT1. His biggest issue will probably be the oil pan fitment since I know that a SBC pan needs to be "dinged" to clear the Jag chassis.
