Collecting dust on the unused side of the garage. I finished up an 85 with an LT1 in it, and have a bagged crew cab dually that have been on the front burners. That and life. I have been looking on TTF for a smaller T4 turbo that will fit with the inner fenders in place. We'll see what winter brings.

Bumping this back up top..................cause I'm getting back to work on it. I finished up my 85 LT1 swap, and have put just over 5000 miles on it, so I figured I'd move this to the other side of the garage and start working on it.
Looking for a cheap T4 turbo.

I found out that coming back to an engine swap after about 2 years is kind of baffling. I couldn't remember what all I had done, and what I needed to do. There's actually less left to do than I thought. I need to run fuel pump power from the firewall to the pump, and run wires for the electric fans. Dash and gauges need wired up, and that's about it for the swap.
I think I'm going to grab another plastic B-body fuel tank. I just did that for my 85 LT1 swap, and it was great.
Then I just have the exhaust/turbo mounting to figure out.
