I used the original battery cables. They reached the starter no problem and I had to extend the wire to run to the alternator In the stock ls location

what else is everyone doing with the filter/regulator location. I have mine like he has on the rail, it works for now, but want to move it. I don't want the smell of a rubber a/n line. is there an alternative I can use that won't smell over time? I'm thinking the Parker 801 with some push lock but curious what others have done.
