fuel pressure reg
The 99+ Corvette Fuel Pressure Regulator is a AC/Delco GF822.. you can pick on up at most parts stores (Autozone, Kragen's, Pep Boys, most Chevy Dealers). You can have it cross reference to other manufactors numbers.
It is a filter with a internal regulator. the side with the single port is the output to the fuel rail. the other side with the two port is the inlet and return. the return is the smaller tube.
Most will put it close to the fuel tank and that way, only one feel line is needed to the front and the feel from the tank and return lines will be short.
There are many threads/post on the filter as a subject, research on the forum. FYI, I am using one and it has worked great. You can either use OEM type connector (from a repair kit), use aftermarket quick disconnect adatper or just use fuel injection rated rubber hose and connectors (for the cheap route). Just remember that the pump feeding the regulator may exceed the standard 58-60 psi of the output of the filter, so the connectors or clamps need to be secure.

I thought you might have that problem, that might take some research to figure out, but off the top of my head i would just get an aftermarket regulator and plumb that in the return line off the rail, then put filters where appropriate. in any case good luck.
