Actually I found a regular drill with the sanding pads (twist on) works better than the dremel. I used the makita rotary tool that I use to port heads and the burrs and even the sanding discs and the 3M pads get all caked up with the plastic as it melts with the temperature of the friction.
You can use it but you have to be very careful and grind intermittently. The lower speed regular drill just works fine.
Since I got the GMPP intake I put mine for sale at Craigslist for $150 because I need to get the Edelbrock EFI elbow 3849 (cost is $114) if you found one of those I would hapily trade it
