6.0 Blazer
It is a stock 6.0 out of an 03 2500hd. I swapped the intake from 99 4.8 so i would not have to worry about the dbw, becuase i didn't have the pedal or harness. I had to notch the front crossmember and reroute the front brake line. I bolted a th350 with a 3800 stall to the 6.0 with no issues cause my motor already had the spacer on the flexplate. I used transdapt motor mounts, and the stock crossmember bolted back in...had to find a LONGER driveshaft. I used one from a nova...my buddy did my harness, pretty simple...he mods the harnesses for 150.00 which is cheap. The cooling system consists of a ls1 waterpump with the pulley spaced out to line up with the other pulleys. Idler removed and a smaller belt rerouted. I did that so i wont have any problems when i do my intake swap. The radiator is stock blazer 4.3 radiator and lower radiator hose is too. Manifolds are 99 f-body manifolds with egr removed and welded up..flanges cut off and o2 bung filled in and made into 3/4 length headers. Super 40 mufflers with turndowns before the rear....i hope this helps.
