Fuel Pressure Regulator Problem/question?

Fuel Pressure Regulator Problem/question? I'm trying to get my 69 Camaro LS conversion started for the first time. Fuel is not getting past the Vette FPR. It's making it to the FPR and it's making it back into the tank via the return line but it will not come out the feed to the engine. I have it plumbed correctly (3/8" from the tank, 5/16" return to the tank, and the single 3/8" line to the fuel rail. The pump is the GM one that comes in the Rick's tanks. I can hear the pump running and there's pressure on the return line. Am I missing something simple here? Anybody got any ideas?
did you try checking the pump my running the feed line into a bucket just to see if your getting fuel from the pump..
Also.. make sure your feel and return line are not switch.. i did that (one of my stupid learning tips). I got no pressure to the fuel rail but the pump was pumping..! LOL

The switched feed and return is all I can think of right now too. You wouldn't by any chance have a Rick's tank and know if the blue fitting or the silver fitting on their tanks is the feed or the return?
