Once you replace those. You can pertty much use any of the Aftermarket adapter plates, depending on where you want to mount the engine (back/forward, up or down in the engine bay they all can be a bit different). If you use the old style of BRP plate, which calls for relocation of the Frame mounts on the crossmember, you can position the engine where you need and want it anyway. The S&P style of mounts would leave the SBC frame stand in the OEM Location (chevy that is) and uses different mount location to position the engine, they have standard location and 1" back.
You can fab up your own plates from the template in the FAQ/Sticky. It is not hard, I did mine at home with just the usual tools, cutting wheel, grinder, drill, tab, Powder coated them and they look like any other aftermarket vendors.
