Rearend Gear ratios?

Rearend Gear ratios? My build is coming a long slowly, but right now I'm getting ready to purchase my rearend. I'm planning on getting a 12 bolt, but I'm just wondering on what gears you guys would recommond? The car is a 67 camaro, it will be running an 427 LS1 (more than likely) with an M6 behind that. It will see a good amount of time on the street as well as the track. Any suggestions?
