Curious about your power steering set up, did you retain the factory 3rd Gen steering box? If so, what did you do for lines? And are there any issues with the compatibility of the LS pump and the 3rd Gen box?

Yep, thats a factory steering box. The lines are 3rd gens and the pump will be from an LSx serie. The work wonderfully together.

Awesome, good info right there. I know you went a different route due to the air ride suspension... but is there any aftermarket tubular K that will allow you to use the factory springs and a-arms?

Very nice! I've got an '89 RS convertible with a LS1/T56 swap and did some similar things you have. You would be amazed how much fourth gen stuff will fit nicely in a third gen.

Racecraft makes the best tubular k-member for these cars. They can be ordered to your needs. With stock springs pockets or not, color you want, etc. BMR makes a very good one also. Stay away from Spohn.

Thanks for the comments!
