lq9 differences
anyone know what the differences would be on lq4 engines of different years. specifically i want the differences between a 2003 and 2007 form a 2500 pickup. i am trying to decide if the difference in price for used from a junkyard if worth it to get the 2007 lower mileage engine, or if theres not a performance difference should i just go with the 03. i have a t56 already, and i need to get this into my formula so i have my car back. any info would help, thanks guys,

They should all be the same from 03-07 in that aspect. I am not sure if the newer LQ4 went with the LQ9 rods though. I believe all the stock cams are basically similar through the years as well.
They will all have 317 heads.
Last year for LQ4/9 is the 07 Classic Trucks GMT800's.
Also some of the Vans had Cable TB well after 04-05.
