Default ls1 in my truck

I have a 95 GMC Z71 with the 4L60E. It has 163000 miles and still runs good and strong. I'm thinking about dropping an LS1 in it. Anyone know what all would be invovled???

I would assume you need the same things everyone else uses. New or modified wiring harness, motor mounts, ECM, etc. Why pull a motor that works?

With 163000 miles on it, the original 5.7 isn't gonna last forever. Plus the fact that you just got to love the LS1
