Should my electric fans fun while my car is off?? They dont just curious if they are supposed to.

Electric fans should have fun all the time!

But seriously, if they're wired like factory, no they won't run with the key off.

Stock LS1:
{G0909} Fan #1 Run-on temp
"If the coolant temperature at shutdown is above this, (235.414063 °F)
then cooling fan #1 will remain on, even with ignition off."

{G0910} Fan #1 Run-on time
"If cooling fan #1 is in Run-on mode is will remain on for this long, (150 Seconds)
after ignition has been turned off."
