Excellent. Thanks for letting me know. I was going to do 3/16" just to be on the safe side. Now that I know 0.090" can be done, I'll go with that and save some cash.

Clearcoat is a good idea. I'm still not sure if I'll be painting it black or not (I have no other Al in the interior).

I'm glad I don't have to worry about emissions like that!
