Ive been searching for a few days and ive made post in the past.
ive got an 04 roller. and im looking to install ls motor either a 5.7 ls1 or a 6.0 out of a truck. not sure which is gonna be the better route long term.
My questions are
has anyone been able to get the facotry guages to work along with all the factory radio and door locks lights etc? i cant find any exact info on this.
my other question would be exhaust. is it worth having long tubes fabbed or should i run like a c6 stock manifold? eventually il be doing some sort of single or twins on the car.
I think any aftermarket k member will work fine.
im looking to do something aorund 400-425 whp through a 4l6oe with a 3800 stall the car has 4.10s already.
again ive been searching. if ive missed a good thread just link me please.
thank you guys.

Kooks and dynatech both make swap longtube headers for the 79-04 mustang/lsx cars
I'm not exactly sure on the wiring questions as I am going to be digging into that on my swap soon.
From what I have gathered is the 99-04 gauges run a differnet signal and it would be easier to run aftermarket gauges in the vehicle.

yea i was hoping i wouldnt have to go with a new guage setup as it seems pretty pricey ive seen around 500 bucks.
will the mustang radiator be enough for the ls motor
what about drive shaft just have one built or modify an ls drive shaft?
is there much hp diff from long tubes to like a c5 or c6 manifold
