I would run from ignition switch9yellow/blk) to ign 1 relay coil). This will power most things like engine sensors, accesoories. Higher current devices you may need another relay turned on by ignition relay.
From your LS harness you will need to connect all the pink wires to switched 12v(ign1). The factory separates out sensors, fuel inj odd/even, 02 sensors right and left, etc to separate fused circuits.
For cranking, from ign switch crank small wire (purple) to crank relay which powers solenoid(lage purple wire.
Same idea for other circuits.
